Before Sale Service
- When customer inquiry, we will help customer analyze plan. So that making quotation strictly according to customers’ specific requirements.
- When sign contract we will adjust the terms of the contract according to the customer’s requirements, and the customer’s interests are guaranteed.
- We shall strictly arrange production based on signed contract and guarantee the delivery time according to contract.
- For every order, we will provide photos and prepare related documents after finish production.
- Provide international express to send original documents.
After Sale Service
- We ensure that the product is guaranteed for 1 year with an excellent service attitude; during the warranty period, ensure the normal use of the equipment, provide free spare parts and maintenance services, and lifetime services after the end of the warranty period.
- We shall strictly arrange production based on signed contract and guarantee the delivery time according to contract.
- For Installation or maintenance problems. We will provide manuals along with products. Please operate according to manuals. If any question, please contact us in time. Our factory is responsible for any problems if it is caused by our reasons. We will provide customer worry-free after-sales.
Spare parts service
- We promise to sell spare parts at cost price within ten years after we buy the equipment, and we will give free spare parts for you to replace at any time when you buy the equipment
