Working principle
The motor rotor stator crusher uses dry crushing, strong magnetic roller sorting and copper rice machine to crush and sort the waste electronic rotor stators, and the waste motor rotors that are difficult to disassemble manually are processed by professional equipment to obtain recycled resources. The whole process is carried out under negative pressure. The equipment transports the manually sorted materials to the metal crusher through a conveyor for crushing. The crushed mixed material is conveyed by conveyor to the strong magnetic roller for sorting to obtain non-ferrous metals (mixed material) and silicon steel sheets (iron sheets), and then the copper mixed material is conveyed by conveyor to the copper rice machine for further crushing, and then the metal copper and non-metal are obtained by airflow sorting. A pulse dust removal system is configured during the crushing and sorting process to effectively solve the dust emission.
Equipment features
- The production line can handle a variety of metal wastes, with strong processing capacity and high output.
- The metal crusher adopts high-speed hammering type, so that large blocks and high-hardness materials can be fully and quickly crushed.
- The hammer head, screen and liner are made of high manganese steel and wear-resistant steel, which are wear-resistant and have low use costs.
- The main shaft is equipped with a heavy flywheel. As an energy storage component, the flywheel can effectively reduce the impact of stalling on the motor when the main shaft is broken, effectively increase inertia (rotational inertia), reduce energy consumption, and the main shaft is precisely calibrated for dynamic balance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment and reduce the vibration of the whole machine;
- The production line uses multiple magnetic separations, and the iron recovery rate is high.
- The equipment is equipped with a dust removal and spraying system to effectively control dust.
