Overview
Copper wire stripping machine is for various waste wires that are not suitable for processing by wire stripping machines, such as various automobile circuit lines, motorcycle lines, battery lines, televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and other household appliances lines, communication lines, computer lines, etc. At present, other copper wire stripping machines in China can only produce wires with thicker copper wire diameters, and the plastic skin separated from the hairy wires contains a higher copper wire. The overall structure of the machine is fully automatic separation, and only one person needs to feed the material to produce, which saves labor and does not take up space. Scope of application

Working principle
This machine consists of a crusher, a fan conveyor, a vibrating screen, a dust collector, and electrical control. After the waste wires and cables are shredded and crushed, they become plastic fragments and copper rice, which are made to move forward on the screen surface waveform. The core skin is separated by the dual effects of airflow suction and linear vibration of the screen box, and the copper rice, plastic, and the mixture of copper and plastic are sent out from different outlets. The dust reaches the dust collector through the air duct. The vibrating screen is controlled by frequency conversion, and the vibration frequency is adjusted according to different working conditions. The air volume is controlled by the regulating valve, and each action is controlled by buttons. It is easy to operate and maintain, with a separation accuracy of 98%. It is an ideal choice for medium-sized recycling processing plants.

The clean rate of separation is directly proportional to the diameter of a single copper wire. The larger the diameter of a single copper wire, the cleaner the separation between the copper wire and the plastic, while the smaller the diameter of a single copper wire, the worse the separation effect between the copper wire and the plastic.
