Overview

The radiator copper and aluminum water tank crushing and sorting production line is mainly suitable for the recycling industry and resource regeneration enterprises. Process flow

The waste radiator is first sent to the double-shaft shredder through the conveyor for primary crushing. The double-shaft shredder squeezes and tears the radiator into small pieces, and then sends it to the vertical shredder through the conveyor for processing. For secondary crushing, the vertical crusher fully dissociates the radiator fragments, and squeezes and kneads them into high-density pellets. The crushed small particles are separated from the iron in the material by the magnetic separator, and the remaining copper and aluminum into the specific gravity sorter for fine sorting to separate out the remaining copper and aluminum.

4. The degree of automation is high, and only 2-3 staff are required for the whole line.
5. The sorting adopts two-stage specific gravity sorting to improve the sorting accuracy, and the purity of the sorted copper, iron and aluminum is more than 99%.
6. The dust collection system is configured in the treatment process, which effectively controls the overflow of dust.
