Overview
The waste refrigerator/small household appliances crushing and sorting equipment is mainly used for crushing and reducing the volume of waste household appliances and freezers and classifying and recycling materials. It consists of a pretreatment system, a crushing system, a sorting system, a conveying system, an air purification system, an automatic control system, etc.
Process flow
The waste refrigerator/small household appliances are first sent to the double-axis shredder for pre-crushing by a conveyor. The double-axis shredder shears and tears the household appliances until they are broken into small pieces, and then sent to the metal crusher for secondary crushing by a conveyor. The secondary crushing fully crushes and dissociates the household appliance fragments, and squeezes and kneads them into high-density pellets. The small particles after crushing are separated from the iron in the material by a magnetic separator, and the remaining materials are sucked by the air separator to absorb the foam. The remaining materials enter the eddy current separator for fine sorting to separate non-ferrous metals and plastics.
