Overview

Working principle
The double-shaft shredder uses the principle of mutual shearing and tearing between two relatively rotating knives to shred materials. It is driven by double motors + double reducers. The motor drives the reducer to transmit the torque to the moving knife through the main shaft. The teeth of the moving knife hook the material and tear it down. The oppositely rotating blades chop the material like scissors, and the broken material discharged from the bottom. It has the characteristics of large shear force, good tearing effect, small noise, good stability and other characteristics
